The hotel seems to have issues with their WIFI connection as it doesn't work in the guest rooms despite staff claims that it does.

Centrally located hotel with clean rooms. the meals were good, especially the rich breakfast buffet. We appreciated the extra side entry for late night arrival.
The wifi reception was poor in the guest rooms and staff was unable to fix the issue despite multiple attempts. the cancellation policy was unclear and we were charged a fee for cancelling a reservation within the allowed time frame.
